Membership
Sometimes it’s hard to ask for help, especially if you don’t know what you need. We get it. Find the customized support you need in our warm, welcoming environment.
Want to skip a phone call or website form? The Clubhouse is open five days a week and we welcome drop-in visitors. Stop for a break between medical appointments, enjoy a cup of tea, have a snack, or simply come to relax on one of our comfy couches.

Let's Get Started
This form will help us learn a little bit about you and what support you might be looking for. One of our member relations team members will reach out to you once your form has been submitted to say hello and tell you more about the process and offerings!
We offer four orientation sessions a month which can be attended in person or virtually.
Learn about our organization’s mission, philosophy and values, take a virtual tour of our clubhouse … then learn about the five cornerstones of our program of support.
Our evidence-based program is offered virtually and in person at our Midtown Clubhouse. Check out our program calendar to see one of the dozens of offerings we have each month; including support groups, art classes, movement classes, educational workshops, socials, and more! There is something for everyone, come check it out!
Meeting with one of our program team members allows us to create a customized support plan unique to your needs and experience. Creating this plan allows you to be placed in a support group that is right for you.
